Karachi: Crescent Textile Mills Limited has officially announced the appointment of Mr. Naseer Ahmad Chaudhary as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from September 30, 2024. This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Asim Siddique, the outgoing CFO.

The decision was made by the Board of Directors, and the company has communicated this change to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). According to the notification, Crescent Textile Mills Limited has requested that the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange be informed accordingly.

The company has also notified the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) through a copy of this communication, sent to the relevant department in Islamabad.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Mr. Naseer Ahmad Chaudhary, the current Corporate Secretary of the company, will assume the role of CFO in addition to his existing responsibilities.

The change in leadership within Crescent Textile Mills Limited comes amid ongoing corporate restructuring efforts aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
