The company announced on May 9, 2025, that Shafi had acquired a total of 75,000 shares over a span of four days, marking a notable increase in his shareholding. On May 5, 2025, Shafi purchased 3,000 shares at a rate of 13.55 per share, bringing his total shareholding to 22,477,080 shares, equating to 22.48% of the company.
The following day, on May 6, 2025, Shafi further expanded his holdings by acquiring 14,000 shares at a price of 13.50 per share, which increased his total stake to 22,491,080 shares, or 22.49%.
Continuing the buying spree, on May 7, 2025, he purchased an additional 33,445 shares at 13.02 per share. This transaction brought his cumulative shareholding to 22,524,525 shares, which constitutes 22.52% of the company's total shares.
The final transaction in this series occurred on May 8, 2025, when Shafi bought 24,555 shares at a rate of 12.94 per share. These acquisitions raised his total holdings to 22,549,080 shares, equivalent to 22.55% ownership in Crescent Textile Mills Limited.
