Karachi: Dadabhoy Cement Industries Limited (DBCI), currently under a Risk Warning Alert, has been granted additional time to resolve its regulatory non-compliance issues, according to a notification from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). The extension follows an initial warning issued earlier this year.
On July 20, 2026, PSX issued a notice, PSX/N-899, highlighting DBCI's failure to pay penalties as required under Clause 5.21.1 of the PSX Regulations. The company was initially given until October 19, 2026, to address these issues. Despite the deadline, DBCI remains in the process of settling its outstanding penalties.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the regulatory body has decided to provide DBCI with an additional period to comply with the regulations. The new deadline for DBCI to rectify its non-compliance is now set to December 17, 2026, as stipulated under Clause 5.11.9 of the PSX Regulations.
This extension is intended to offer DBCI the necessary time to address its financial obligations and align with PSX's regulatory requirements. The designated market category remains vigilant as the situation develops, with stakeholders closely monitoring DBCI's efforts towards compliance.
