Karachi: EFU Life Assurance Ltd has disclosed a transaction involving the sale of shares by Lulua Saifuddin Zoomkawala, the spouse of Saifuddin N. Zoomkawala, a non-executive director of the company. The transaction was executed on November 26, 2024, as per regulations that require disclosure of interest by relevant persons in the company.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Lulua Saifuddin Zoomkawala sold 3,400 shares at a rate of 173.69 per share. The transaction was conducted in the ready market and the shares were in the form of Central Depository Company (CDC) certificates.

Following this transaction, the cumulative shareholding of Lulua Saifuddin Zoomkawala stands at 252,032 shares, which represents 0.24 percent of the total shares of EFU Life Assurance Ltd.
