Lahore: Emco Industries Limited has released its annual accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, revealing a notable increase in both revenue and net profit, according to the company's financial statement dated October 5, 2026.
The report indicates that Emco Industries achieved a revenue of 4.68 billion rupees, a significant growth from the previous year's figure of 3.61 billion rupees, constituting a very large or significant move of 29.74%. This rise in revenue has translated into a gross profit of 849.18 million rupees, up from 620.49 million rupees in 2025, marking a big move of 36.83%.
The company's operating profit also experienced a substantial increase, reaching 504.44 million rupees compared to 351.48 million rupees the previous year. This improvement came despite an escalation in both administrative expenses, which rose to 182.64 million rupees from 169.44 million rupees, and selling and distribution expenses, which increased to 162.10 million rupees from 99.57 million rupees.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Emco Industries reported a net profit of 69.44 million rupees, up from 55.74 million rupees in 2025, showcasing a moderate move of 24.55%.
On the equity and liabilities side, the company's total equity and liabilities stood at 6.28 billion rupees, a moderate move from 6.09 billion rupees in 2025. Notably, the reserves increased to 1.20 billion rupees from 1.10 billion rupees, while the surplus on revaluation of property, plant, and equipment rose to 1.77 billion rupees from 1.74 billion rupees.
In terms of liabilities, Emco Industries saw a reduction in long-term financing, which decreased to 336.55 million rupees from 464.34 million rupees, indicating an improvement in managing long-term debt. However, short-term borrowings increased to 1.36 billion rupees from 1.20 billion rupees.
The company's total assets reached 6.28 billion rupees, with non-current assets amounting to 3.44 billion rupees and current assets at 2.84 billion rupees. Notably, trade receivables surged to 945.52 million rupees from 562.23 million rupees, while stock in trade decreased to 1.43 billion rupees from 1.66 billion rupees.
Emco Industries' earnings per share rose to 1.98 rupees from 1.59 rupees, reflecting the company's improved financial performance over the past year.
