Engro Polymer and Chemicals Limited Publishes Postal Ballot and Offers Electronic Voting

Karachi: Engro Polymer and Chemicals Limited has released a postal ballot paper as part of its preparations for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The announcement, made on March 18, 2025, follows the initial notice regarding the AGM distributed on March 5, 2025.

The postal ballot is a requirement under Regulation 8 of the Companies (Postal) Ballot Regulations, 2018. In adherence to this regulation, the ballot paper has been published in two prominent newspapers: "Business Recorder" in English and "Nawa-i-Waqt" in Urdu. This move aims to ensure that shareholders have the necessary information ahead of the AGM.

In addition to the postal ballot, Engro Polymer and Chemicals Limited has confirmed the provision of electronic voting. This facility is in compliance with Regulation 4 of the Companies (Postal) Ballot Regulations, 2018. Eligible members of the Company will have access to electronic voting in accordance with the applicable laws.

The Company has requested that the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed about these developments.
