Executive Director Kaashif Hussain Siddique Sells Significant Shares in Liven Pharma

Karachi: An executive director of Liven Pharma Limited has executed several transactions involving the sale of company shares, according to a disclosure filed on January 13, 2026. This disclosure comes under the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4, which mandates the reporting of relevant persons’ interest in company shares.

The transactions, executed by Kaashif Hussain Siddique, involved the sale of shares in multiple batches. On January 5, 2026, Siddique sold a total of 46,027 shares in nine separate transactions. The sales were conducted at varying rates, resulting in a cumulative decrease in his shareholding percentage in the company from 43.42% to 43.36%.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the sales represent a very large or significant move in Siddique’s shareholding position. The largest single transaction on January 5 involved the sale of 16,316 shares.

Additionally, Siddique conducted another sale on January 6, parting with 1,000 shares. All transactions were executed in the Central Depository Company (CDC) in the ready market category.
