Karachi: Shareholders of National Foods Limited convened for an Extraordinary General Meeting on January 12, 2026, to discuss and approve significant resolutions related to the company’s governance and operational framework.
During the session, presided over by key executives, the shareholders confirmed and adopted the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on October 20, 2025. This step was taken as part of the ordinary business proceedings.
