Lahore: Recent transactions involving shares of Flying Cement Company Limited have revealed significant movements by Qasim Khan, the company's Executive Director, according to a disclosure made under the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4. The following day, March 19, Khan continued his purchasing spree, acquiring 2,000,000 shares in the ready market at a rate of 28.12, increasing his stake to 51.14 million shares or 7.36%. Additionally, he bought 1,800,000 shares in the futures market at a rate of 28.40, further elevating his cumulative shareholding to 52.94 million shares, representing 7.62% of the company.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), on March 20, Khan purchased another 3,750,000 shares in the ready market at a rate of 28.55, increasing his holdings to 56.69 million shares or 8.16% of the company. However, later that day, he sold 1,750,000 shares in the futures market at 28.38, adjusting his cumulative shareholding to 54.94 million shares, which corresponds to a 7.91% stake in Flying Cement Company Limited.
