On March 18, 2025, Khan acquired 1,700,000 shares at a rate of 27.71, bringing his cumulative shareholding to 61,910,573 shares, which constitutes 8.91 percent of the company's total shares. The following day, March 19, 2025, he purchased an additional 2,472,771 shares at a rate of 28.25 in the ready market, increasing his total holdings to 64,383,344 shares, or 9.27 percent. On the same date, he also acquired 1,194,000 shares in the future market at a rate of 28.40, further raising his stake to 65,577,344 shares, representing 9.44 percent of the total.
Continuing his acquisition streak, Khan bought 2,800,000 shares on March 20, 2025, at a rate of 28.51 in the ready market. This transaction elevated his cumulative shareholding to 68,377,344 shares, translating to a 9.84 percent stake in the company.
However, on the same day, Khan sold 800,000 shares at a rate of 28.46, bringing his total holdings down to 67,577,344 shares. This sale adjusted his cumulative shareholding percentage to 9.73 percent.
