Karachi, Exide Pakistan Limited has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be convened on August 15, 2023, at Karachi and/or online via Zoom. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the Quarterly Accounts for the period ending June 30, 2023.

In accordance with clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Rule Book, the company has declared a "Closed Period" from August 09, 2023, to August 15, 2023, both days inclusive. During this period, no Director, CEO, or executive of the company will be allowed to directly or indirectly deal in shares of the company in any manner.

The closed period ensures a fair and transparent process in consideration of financial results and prevents any potential insider trading activities. Investors and stakeholders will eagerly await the outcome of the Board meeting and the release of the Quarterly Accounts.
