Karachi: Transactions involving certificates of Trust Modaraba have been executed by Mr. Faisal Abdul Sattar Pakhali, according to a disclosure of interest received on Thursday. The transactions, which took place on June 30, 2025, were carried out in the ready market.

Mr. Pakhali executed a purchase of 188,764 certificates at an average rate of 7.06, resulting in a cumulative shareholding of 16.27 million certificates, which accounts for 54.60% of the total shares in Trust Modaraba. The purchase represents a very large or significant move in his shareholding.

A subsequent transaction involved the sale of 7,050 certificates at an average rate of 7.15. This sale brought Mr. Pakhali's cumulative shareholding down to 16.26 million certificates, or 54.57% of the total shares, marking a minor move.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions fall under the designated market category of Trust Modaraba's securities.
