Karachi: Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited has disclosed a transaction involving the purchase of company shares by an executive, as mandated by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations. On August 7, 2025, Muhammad Sacrib Khan, an executive of Fatima Fertilizer, executed a purchase of 500 shares at a rate of 123.001 per share. This transaction was carried out in the ready market format and falls within the designated market category. The cumulative percentage of shares held by Mr. Khan remains insignificant.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transaction details will be presented by the company secretary at the upcoming Board of Directors meeting. This procedure aligns with the regulatory requirements for transactions executed by directors, executives, or substantial shareholders and their immediate family members.

Additionally, Fatima Fertilizer is obligated to update the relevant details in the UIN Management System promptly. The transaction will adhere to the holding period regulation, which requires a minimum period of six months, ensuring compliance with Section 105 of the Securities Act, 2015.
