Karachi: Faysal Bank Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on August 28, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in Karachi. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider the unconsolidated and consolidated financial statements for the second quarter ending on June 30, 2025. Additionally, the meeting will review the Directors' and Auditors' reports and address other pertinent agenda items.
