Fazal Cloth Mills Limited Announces 60th Annual General Meeting in Lahore

Lahore: Fazal Cloth Mills Limited has issued a notice for its 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on October 25, 2025. This announcement was made public today, with the meeting scheduled to take place at the company's FG Head Office in Lahore at 12:00 p.m.

The agenda for this year's AGM includes the adoption of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, along with accompanying reports from the auditors, directors, and the chairman. The financial documents have been made available on the company's website for review.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the members' register and share transfer books will be closed from October 18, 2025, to October 25, 2025.
