Lahore: First Capital Securities Corporation Limited (FCSC) has scheduled its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders on 28 October 2024. The meeting will take place at Lahore.

The agenda for the meeting, as disclosed in the recent notification, includes several key items. Firstly, shareholders will confirm the minutes of the previous AGM held on 27 November 2023. There will also be a review and adoption of the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these documents will include the Chairman’s Review and Directors’ Report, along with the Auditors’ reports.

Furthermore, the meeting will see the appointment of auditors for the upcoming financial year ending 30 June 2025. The shareholders will also agree on the remuneration for the auditors.
