Karachi: First Paramount Modaraba (FPM) has scheduled its Annual Review Meeting for certificate-holders on October 28, 2024, at PIMA House, Karachi, to discuss the fiscal year's performance ending June 30, 2024. The meeting will take place at Karachi.

This year's review will encompass a detailed assessment of the Modaraba's financial and operational progress over the past fiscal year. Certificate-holders are encouraged to participate both physically and via a video link, a method endorsed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan to ensure broader accessibility and participation.

To attend the Annual Review Meeting via video link, members are required to register by October 15, providing their name, folio number, cell number, and the number of certificates they hold. Registration should include a valid copy of the CNIC and a power of attorney for corporate certificate holders, which must be submitted through email with the subject line "Registration for FPM ARM."

The certificate transfer books of First Paramount Modaraba will be closed from October 22 to October 28, 2024, ensuring all transfers completed before the closure of business on October 21 are recorded and processed timely. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this administrative measure is to streamline the participant list before the annual review.

Members who register after the October 15 deadline will receive a video link to join the meeting, which remains accessible from the start of the meeting until its conclusion.
