Karachi: Ghandhara Industries Limited has scheduled its 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for October 13, 2026, at 12:00 noon. The meeting will be held at F-3, Hub Chauki Road, SITE, Karachi, with an option for shareholders to join via video conference. The company has outlined a comprehensive agenda aimed at addressing both ordinary and special business matters.
The notice for the AGM, which was published in both English and Urdu newspapers on September 21, 2026, includes several key items for discussion. Shareholders will be asked to receive, consider, and adopt the annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. This will be accompanied by reports from the company's directors, auditors, and chairman.
