The announcement follows the publication of ballot papers and details regarding electronic voting facilities in major newspapers, including "Dawn" and "Nawai-e-Waqat," across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad between July 31 and August 1, 2026.

The company, listed under the designated market category of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), will facilitate voting through both electronic and postal means. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the e-voting window will commence on August 5 at 9:00 a.m. and conclude on August 7 at 5:00 p.m. Shareholders on record as of July 31, 2026, will receive detailed instructions via email.

In addition to e-voting, shareholders may submit their votes via postal ballot.
