Lahore: Grays Leasing Limited has announced the agenda for its 31st Annual General Meeting, scheduled to take place on October 26, 2026, at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office, located at 701-A, 7th Floor, City Towers, Main Boulevard, Gulberg - II, Lahore.
The meeting will begin with the confirmation of the minutes from the 30th Annual General Meeting, which took place on October 27, 2025. Following this, shareholders will receive, consider, and adopt the audited financial statements of the company for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, along with the accompanying Directors' and Auditors' reports.
A significant item on the agenda is the appointment of auditors for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. The current auditors, Messers HLB Ijaz Tabassum & Company Chartered Accountants, have retired. Based on the audit committee's proposal, the board has recommended Messers Riaz Ahmad & Company, Chartered Accountants, as the new statutory auditors for the year ending June 30, 2027.
