Karachi, Habib Bank Limited reported strong financial results for the first quarter ending March 31, 2024. On an unconsolidated basis, the bank declared a pre-tax profit of PKR 29,691.816 million and a post-tax profit of PKR 14,594.977 million, with earnings per share of PKR 9.95. Additionally, a dividend of 40% was declared. The consolidated financials were slightly higher with a pre-tax profit of PKR 30,113.283 million and a post-tax profit of PKR 15,043.583 million, resulting in earnings per share of PKR 10.37. The book will close from May 6 to May 8, 2024.
