Karachi: Hi-Tech Lubricants Ltd has announced that it has electronically disbursed the final cash dividend for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, directly into the bank accounts of its shareholders. The dividend, which amounts to PKR 1.15 per share or 11.5%, was officially processed on November 4, 2026. This action follows the decision made by the company's Board of Directors in their meeting on September 18, 2026.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has ensured that the dividend was credited to the designated bank accounts of those shareholders who have provided their International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) and complete banking details. The electronic disbursement reflects compliance with contemporary financial transaction standards, promoting efficiency and security in shareholder payouts.

However, the company noted that dividends have been withheld for shareholders who have not submitted the necessary banking information, as required by the Companies Act, 2017, and the Companies (Distribution and Dividends) Regulations, 2017. Shareholders holding physical shares are urged to submit the needed details to the company's Share Registrar to receive their dividends. Those with shares held in the Central Depository Company (CDC) are advised to provide information to the CDC Investor Account Services or their respective CDS participants.
