Highnoon Laboratories Notifies Loss of Share Certificates and Plans to Issue Duplicates

Lahore: Highnoon Laboratories Limited has reported the loss of share certificates belonging to two shareholders, the company disclosed on Tuesday. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the affected shareholders are preparing to receive duplicate certificates if no claims arise within the next week.

The Lahore-based pharmaceutical company noted that an indemnity had been received from Mr. Mohammad Islam and another shareholder, only identified by the name Iqbal, for the loss of three share certificates covering a total of 107 shares. The details provided include certificates numbered 75934, 83631, and 86862, with distinctive numbers ranging from 7928580 to 9633464. Mr. Islam reported a loss of 55 shares, while Iqbal reported losses of 33 and 19 shares respectively.

The company has issued a notification stating that unless a claim is received within seven days from the issuance date of this circular, duplicate share certificates will be issued to replace those reported lost. The notice serves as a precautionary measure to protect shareholder interests and ensure the integrity of its trading activities.
