Karachi, Hinopak Motors Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ryota Hatakeyama as a new member of their Board of Directors effective today. This move comes as a direct replacement for Mr. Akira Uchida, who resigned recently.

Mr. Hatakeyama's appointment is designed to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Uchida, as was detailed in a previous communication to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on March 29, 2024.
