Lahore: Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited, one of Pakistan's key automotive manufacturers, has announced several resolutions approved at its 33rd Annual General Meeting held on June 24, 2025. These resolutions include the approval of financial statements, a final cash dividend, and the appointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal year.
The shareholders confirmed the minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting held on April 27, 2024, and approved the Annual Audit Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. This approval also encompassed the Directors' and Auditors' Reports, as well as the Review Report of the Chairman, demonstrating the company's compliance with regulatory standards.
A significant highlight of the meeting was the approval of a final cash dividend of Rs.8.0 per share, representing an 80% payout for the year ended March 31, 2025.
