Faisalabad: In accordance with Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017, Interloop Limited has announced the uncontested election of its Board of Directors at the forthcoming 34th Annual General Meeting. Scheduled for October 14, 2026, at the Interloop Executive Club in Faisalabad, the meeting will see nine individuals assume directorship without contest, as the number of candidates does not exceed the positions available, as fixed by the Board.
