Lahore: Notice has been issued for the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Ittefaq Iron Industries Limited, set to take place on October 28, 2024, at the company's registered office in Lahore. This meeting will be conducted both in person and via video link.

The AGM will primarily focus on the review and approval of the audited financial statements for the year. Another key item on the agenda is the reappointment of the current auditors, M/s. Kaleem and Company (Chartered Accountants), for the upcoming fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The firm has expressed willingness for re-appointment, and their remuneration will also be decided during this meeting.

Additionally, the shareholders will confirm the minutes of the last AGM held on October 26, 2023. The meeting will also potentially cover any other business that may arise with the chairman's permission.
