Lahore: Ittehad Chemicals Limited has announced its financial results for the year ending June 30, 2026, highlighting a notable increase in profitability and a strategic investment move. The Board of Directors convened on September 22, 2026, to discuss these outcomes at the company's registered office in Lahore.
For the fiscal year, Ittehad Chemicals reported revenue from contracts with customers amounting to 34.31 billion rupees, an increase from 27.86 billion rupees in the previous year. The gross profit rose to 5.29 billion rupees from 4.99 billion rupees, demonstrating a big move in financial performance. After accounting for selling and distribution expenses, which saw a slight reduction to 1.60 billion rupees, and general administrative expenses of 512.41 million rupees, the company reported an operating profit of 3.12 billion rupees, up from 2.86 billion rupees in 2025.
The company declared a final cash dividend of 3.00 rupees per share, equivalent to 30%. This is in addition to the interim dividend of 1.00 rupee per share, representing 10%, already disbursed. No bonus or right shares were announced for the year.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Ittehad Chemicals' net profit after tax reached 1.56 billion rupees, marking a significant improvement from 1.30 billion rupees in the previous year. The basic and diluted earnings per share increased to 15.58 rupees from 12.98 rupees.
In a strategic development, the Board recommended increasing long-term investment by up to 2 billion rupees in Biostacks (Pvt.) Limited, an associated company. This decision is poised to augment the company's growth trajectory and strengthen its market position.
The share transfer books will be closed from October 21, 2026, to October 28, 2026, to determine the entitlement of the final cash dividend to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on October 28, 2026, at the registered office in Lahore.
