Rawalpindi, Janana De Malucho Textile Mills Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Monday in Rawalpindi. The agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial statements for the third quarter and the nine months period that ended on 31st March 2024. The meeting will also cover the declaration of any entitlements.

Additionally, the company has instituted a "Closed Period" from 15th April 2024 to 22nd April 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to deal in the company's shares, in alignment with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations.
