JS Bank Limited Announces Suspension of Trading for TFC Due to Book Closure

Karachi: JS Bank Limited has announced the temporary suspension of trading in its Term Finance Certificate, denoted as JSBLTFC2, due to scheduled book closure activities. This suspension will occur in the period leading up to the 14th profit payment for the certificate.

According to the bank's announcement dated December 15, 2025, the book closure is set from December 24, 2025, to December 31, 2025. As a result, trading in the JSBLTFC2 will be halted from December 23, 2025, until December 31, 2025. Trading is expected to resume on January 01, 2026.

The notice has been issued to inform all stakeholders and parties involved in trading the JSBLTFC2. The designated market category for this information pertains to the financial securities sector.
