JS Bank Limited Suspends Trading of Term Finance Certificate Ahead of Profit Payment

Karachi: JS Bank Limited has announced the suspension of trading in its Term Finance Certificate (TFC), identified as JSBLTFC3, in anticipation of the upcoming profit payment. The bank revealed that the trading halt will commence on December 19, 2025, and continue through December 28, 2025. Trading activities for the said TFC are scheduled to resume on December 29, 2025.

The announcement aligns with the book closure period set by JS Bank, which spans from December 20, 2025, to December 28, 2025. This closure is intended to facilitate the eighth profit payment associated with the TFC. Stakeholders and investors have been advised to take note of these dates and plan accordingly.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the suspension is a standard procedure associated with the administrative requirements of profit distribution for term finance certificates.
