Karachi: Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited has announced a forthcoming meeting of its Board of Directors, scheduled for May 15, 2025, in Karachi. The meeting, which is not intended to address financial results, will focus on evaluating progress made on key topics discussed during the Strategic Planning Meeting held in September 2024.

The company has indicated that should any material information arise from this meeting, it will be disseminated in compliance with Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company is adhering to Regulation No. 5.6.4 of the Rule Book by instituting a "closed period" from May 9, 2025, to May 15, 2025. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in company shares.

The company has communicated to the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange regarding the imposed restrictions and the scheduled board meeting.
