Karachi, Kohinoor Spinning Mills Limited, a prominent player in the textile industry, has announced that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of its shareholders will convene on Saturday, September 09, 2023, in Lahore. The primary agenda of this EGM is to address vital business matters that require immediate attention.

The meeting will begin by reviewing and confirming the minutes of the 50th Annual General Meeting, held on October 28, 2022, and the Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) that took place on January 23, 2023.

The agenda involves the election of seven directors to steer the company’s direction over the next three years.
