Lahore: Notice of Loss of Share Certificates for Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited

Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited has reported the loss of multiple share certificates belonging to shareholder Khalil Mahmood, as announced on July 25, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has initiated a cautionary protocol to prevent unauthorized transactions involving these shares.

The lost share certificates include a total of 780 shares, with specific details as follows: Shares range across various scrip numbers from 47176 to 387148, with distinctive numbers extending from 2223260 to 280268886. The individual amounts of shares lost per certificate range from 14 to 125, detailed in the folio with specific numbers.

The exchange has been advised not to engage in transactions involving these certificates until the expiration of a 21-day objection period. If no objections are registered within this timeframe, duplicate certificates will be issued to Mr. Mahmood to replace those reported lost.
