The meeting, set to take place at the Ewan-e-Noor Event Complex, will address a proposal to increase the remuneration of its senior executives.

The board of directors convened on October 6, 2025, to discuss the financial adjustments and subsequently proposed a resolution to enhance the compensation for two of its key executives. The resolution, which seeks approval from the company’s shareholders, aims to increase the remuneration of Sh Faisal Tauheed, Chief Executive Officer, and Sh Kashif Tauheed, Executive Director, to Rs 750,000 each. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the proposed adjustment in executive pay comes at a time when the company is navigating complex market dynamics and financial scrutiny. The resolution is set to be voted on by the shareholders through a postal ballot, with clear instructions provided for the submission of votes.

Shareholders have been encouraged to exercise their voting rights by sending completed ballot forms to the designated email address, [email protected], before the deadline of October 27, 2025, at 5 PM.
