Karachi: Shahzad Textile Mills Limited has announced significant leadership changes following the passing of its Chairman, Mian Parvez Aslam. According to a report dated June 5, 2026, released by the company, Mian Parvez Aslam has ceased to hold the position of Chairman and Director due to his sad demise on June 5, 2026.

In a board meeting convened on the same day, the board of directors appointed Mr. Irian Aslam as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. Ms. Sadaf Parvez has also been appointed as a Director of the company. These appointments are effective immediately and will last for the remainder of the term previously held by the late Mian Parvez Aslam.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Shahzad Textile Mills is classified under the textile market category. The company has communicated these changes to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange.
