LSE Ventures Limited Declares Cash Dividend Amid Financial Results for 2025

Karachi: LSE Ventures Limited has announced its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2025, approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on November 1, 2025. The company has declared a cash dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share of Rs. 5/- each as a final dividend. No bonus shares have been issued for the period.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company is scheduled for November 27, 2025, at 09:30 a.m. It will be conducted at the registered office and via a video link. The company has declared a close period from November 21 to November 27, 2025, during which the share transfer books will remain closed. Transfers recorded by the close of business on November 20, 2025, will be eligible for dividend distribution and AGM participation.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), LSE Ventures Limited’s revenue for 2025 stood at 466.27 million, marking a very large or significant move from the previous year’s 285.58 million. The company’s operating profit reached 378.53 million, up from 296.98 million in 2024. The profit before income tax increased to 293.27 million from 273.98 million in the preceding year. However, income tax expenses amounted to 84.72 million, resulting in a profit after income tax of 208.55 million, compared to 187.11 million in 2024.

The comprehensive income for the year totaled 393.19 million, a notable rise from 334.78 million in the previous year. The earnings per share also increased to 1.16 from 1.04 in 2024. The company’s statement of financial position showed total non-current assets of 2.96 million and current assets of 466.85 million.

LSE Ventures Limited’s authorized share capital comprises 300.00 million ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each, with issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital remaining at 1.80 billion.
