Karachi: MCB Investment Management Limited has announced a book closure for five of its collective investment schemes, scheduled for June 23, 2025. This temporary halt in transactions will affect the MCB Pakistan Sovereign Fund, MCB DCF Income Fund, Alhamra Islamic Income Fund, MCB Investment Savings Plan I, and MCB Government Securities Plan 1.

The company's authorized distribution branches will continue to accept applications for the sale, redemption, conversion, and transfer of units until June 20, 2025. Unit holders whose names are recorded in the register at the close of business on this date will be eligible for any dividends that the Board of Directors of MCB Investment Management Limited may approve.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transactions for these funds will resume on June 24, 2025.
