Karachi: Meezan Bank Ltd. has announced a forthcoming board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 01:00 p.m. in Islamabad, Pakistan. The meeting aims to review and approve the unaudited financial accounts for the half-year ending on June 30, 2025, and to discuss any potential entitlements.

The bank has imposed a "Closed Period" from August 4, 2025, to August 13, 2025, in compliance with clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations. During this period, no transactions involving the bank's shares will be permitted by any directors, the CEO, or executives, either directly or indirectly.
