Karachi: Merit Packaging Limited has scheduled its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for October 25, 2024. The meeting will take place in Karachi and will be accessible through electronic means, including a video link to ensure broad participation among TRE Certificate Holders of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The agenda for the AGM includes the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, along with the Directors' and Auditors' reports. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these documents are essential for providing stakeholders a comprehensive view of the company’s financial health and operational success during the past year.

Additionally, shareholders will appoint auditors and decide on their remuneration. Special business will also be conducted, including resolutions to ratify transactions with associated companies and related parties as detailed in Note No. 45 of the audited financial statements.
