Karachi: The Board of Directors of Metropolitan Steel Corporation Limited is currently holding a meeting to consider and approve the financial statements for the first quarter ended September 30, 2024. The meeting commenced at 11:00 a.m. in Karachi and is expected to review key financial outcomes for the company during the quarter.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the recommendations of the Board of Directors regarding the financial results will be communicated through PUCARS on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.

The company has requested that the PSX inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange accordingly.
