Lahore: Mubarak Textile Mills Limited has announced a forthcoming meeting of its Board of Directors, set to take place on January 6, 2026, at the company’s office located 10 KM, off Ferozepur Road in Lahore. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 11:00 a.m.

The agenda for the meeting includes the confirmation of the minutes from the previous board meeting held on October 29, 2025. In addition, the board will determine the number of directors to be elected, which has been proposed to be set at seven.
