Karachi: Shareholders of National Foods Limited are being notified of the direct credit of the Final Cash Dividend of Rs. 5.00 per share, equating to a 100% payout for the year ending June 30, 2026. The dividend was credited electronically on November 05, 2026, to the bank accounts of shareholders who have submitted valid Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) and International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN).
In adherence to Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017, and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan’s SRO 1145(1)/2017, the company has withheld dividends from shareholders missing complete bank information, including IBANs and valid CNICs.
To comply with Section 119 of the Companies Act, 2017, and Regulation 47 of the Companies Regulations, 2024, shareholders are advised to provide mandatory details, including CNIC number, address, and IBAN, to the Share Registrar immediately. This step is crucial to avoid non-compliance and potential future inconveniences.

Shareholders with dematerialized shares are instructed to submit a duly filled dividend bank mandate form to their participant/investor account services at the CDC.
