Karachi, Nestle Pakistan Limited has issued a revised notice of book closure, changing the dates to August 09, 2023, to August 11, 2023 (both days inclusive) for shareholders to be eligible for the 1st Interim Cash Dividend. The previously announced book closure dates of August 14, 2023, to August 20, 2023, have been updated.

Transfers of shares received at the Share Registrar Department, CDCSRSL, Karachi, by the end of business on August 08, 2023, will be considered in time for the purpose of entitlement to the 1st Interim Cash Dividend declared on July 31, 2023. Shareholders are advised to take note of the revised book closure dates to ensure their eligibility for the dividend.
