Lahore: NETSOL Technologies Ltd. has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, scheduled to take place on October 18, 2024, in Lahore. The company has also issued an official Notice of Meeting for shareholders’ review and information.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Share Transfer Books of the company will be closed from October 12, 2024, to October 18, 2024. During this period, no share transfers will be processed to facilitate the preparation of the final list of shareholders eligible to attend and vote at the AGM.

Shareholders are advised that share transfers received at the Shares Registrar, M/s Vision Consulting Ltd., on Lawrence Road, Lahore, by the close of business on October 11, 2024, will be eligible for participation in the AGM. This closure is standard practice to ensure that all shareholder records are up-to-date before significant corporate meetings where voting on various company matters occurs.
