Lahore: The Board of Directors of Nishat Mills Limited is set to convene on September 27, 2024, in Lahore to consider and approve the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.

The company has also announced a "Closed Period" from September 20, 2024, until the dissemination of financial results to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), in compliance with PSX regulations. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to deal in company shares, either directly or indirectly.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this restricted period is standard practice for publicly listed companies as they finalize and release their financial outcomes for shareholders and market participants.
