Nishat Power Limited Joins Consortium for FESCO Divestment

Lahore: Nishat Power Limited has confirmed its involvement in a consortium aiming to participate in the privatization process of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO), according to a report dated August 6, 2026. The company, in compliance with the Securities Act, 2015, disclosed its intentions as part of a consortium including Pakgen Limited, Lalpir Limited, Nishat Mills Limited, Nishat Chunian Power Limited, Kohinoor Energy Limited, and Pak Elektron Limited.

The consortium, designated for the divestment of FESCO, will be led by Pakgen Limited, which has been authorized to act on behalf of Nishat Power Limited and the other members during the privatization process.
