Karachi: Grays Leasing Limited has announced that it has received a firm intention from OM International (Private) Limited to acquire up to 75.43% ownership and control of the company. According to the disclosure under the Takeover Regulations, OM International seeks to exceed the thresholds established under section 111 of the Securities Act, 2015, aiming to acquire 16.22 million ordinary shares of Grays Leasing Limited.
