Karachi: The Organic Meat Company Limited (TOMCL) has scheduled its Annual Board meeting to approve the financial results for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. The meeting is set to take place on Saturday, September 28, 2024, a non-working day for the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

In an official notification, the company stated that the Annual Board meeting is convened in compliance with PSX rules and regulations. Despite the exchange being closed, the necessary arrangements have been made to ensure all procedures are adhered to. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the financial results will subsequently be announced at the PSX PUCARS Pre-Open market session on Monday, September 30, 2024.

TOMCL has expressed confidence that the scheduled meeting and announcement timings align with the regulatory framework of PSX, ensuring transparency and adherence to corporate governance norms. The company also extended its gratitude to all stakeholders for their continued cooperation and requested the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange to be duly informed of the schedule.
