Lahore: A meeting of the Board of Directors of Pak Elektron Limited is scheduled for Thursday, August 29, 2024, in Lahore to discuss the unaudited quarterly accounts for the second quarter, which ended on June 30, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also announced a "Closed Period" starting from August 22, 2024, to August 29, 2024, during which no director, CEO, or executive will be permitted to deal in the company's shares.

The closed period is in compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations. This restriction is imposed to prevent any insider trading or unfair advantage that could be gained from the unreleased financial statements. TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange have been notified as required.
